A continuous dialogue to create a climate of trust
Tempa Rossa project is located in the southern Italy area, precisely in the in the heart of the Basilicata region. The position of Community Liaison Officers (CLO) was created to establish dialogue with people living in the towns nearby the project. Our CLO is out on the front line every day meeting with people, listening to what they have to say and anticipating potential problems. They have created a climate of trust. We're very aware of our impact on the environment and do everything we can to manage it. But we also wanted to create value for the area by implementing a trusted net of relationships with the local stakeholders and community.
Manage a complaint to find the best solution
The citizens of the Tempa Rossa area refer to the CLO to submit their comments or their complaints and they expect a solution from him. Gianpaolo Has to analyse each application received using, depending on the complexity of the case, the opinion of external consultants to ensure the impartiality of the reports. After the internal procedure, the Community Liaison Officer meets the applicants again to propose the solution. It is a delicate moment in which it is essential to have the feel and the punctuality of those who do this job.
